Orders

Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If you need assistance, please reach out to us at hello@sadieblue.co or DM us on Instagram @sadieblue.label.

Can I edit my shipping address after placing the order?

Please contact us at hello@sadieblue.co or DM us on Instagram @sadieblue.label immediately. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched.

How do I enter a promo code?

Promo codes can be applied at the checkout page before completing payment.

How do I request an return?

Kindly email us at hello@sadieblue.co with your order number within five working days of receipt for local orders, or within ten working days for international orders.

Returns are accepted in exchange for store credits only. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

My order has a defect. What should I do?

Kindly contact us at hello@sadieblue.co within five working days of receipt for local orders, or within ten working days for international orders. Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the issue.

An exchange will be done if possible. Order will be refunded if item is out of stock.

Sizing

How do I know my size?

A detailed sizing guide is provided on each product page. If you are unsure, please contact us via email hello@sadieblue.co or Instagram @sadieblue.label.

Shipping

What is the delivery timing?

All orders will be packed and sent out in 2 working days. Local orders typically will take another 3 to 5 working days. International orders may take 10 to 14 working days, excluding peak or holiday periods.

What are the shipping fees?

Local shipping is S$5 and complimentary for orders above S$50. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?

For international orders, customs duties and taxes are not included and may be charged separately by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

Our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions. After repeated unsuccessful attempts, your parcel may be returned to us and a charge will be implemented for second delivery.

How can I track the delivery of my parcel?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear.

Store Credits

Will my store credits expire?

Yes, store credits are valid for twelve months from the date of issue.

Can I extend the validity of my store credits?

No, we are unable to extend expired credits.

How do I use my store credits?

At checkout, simply select your available store credits to deduct from your purchase amount.
